Shipping & Handling Charges vary and depend upon the number of products ordered, product(s) weight, and shipping destination.
We ship domestically and internationally for an additional charge.
The processing time for orders is generally 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-10 business days, and 10-21 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS or other carrier we use to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by USPS, or our shipping provider, and/or international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
ORDERS OVER $300.00 – SIGNATURE MAY BE REQUIRED
Switch2CBD may require a signature for orders when total merchandise cost exceeds over $300.00.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING (U.S.A.)
We may offer 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping on all domestic orders. Ship times are from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed. Orders placed will process and ship within 3-5 business days, pending order verification and credit approval. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business. Transit and delivery times for expedited shipping methods do not include weekends. This fee will be calculated and charged at checkout and is non-refundable due to a return or delay on the courier’s end.
Currently, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes.
FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES
In the event that delivery service is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, missing an apartment, suite, floor, etc., unsafe place to leave the package (driver’s discretion), incorrectly refused packages or otherwise, Switch2CBD is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Switch2CBD is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery and is non-refundable.
Switch2CBD is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, train derailments, etc. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences and the shipping fee is non-refundable.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Switch2CBD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event a package is lost or stolen, either the receiver or Switch2CBD will need to contact the delivery service to open an investigation. Kindly note, in some cases, the delivery service may require a police report to open an investigation.
RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM
Please contact us immediately if you received an incorrect item, so we can process your return request as soon as possible.
If the correct item is available, we will ship the replacement, once the wrong item has been received.
If the correct item is not available, either store credit or refund will be issued once the returned merchandise is received and processed by our returns department (typically within 10 days of receipt of item)
We are unable to issue any form of credit without confirmation of the return by our Returns department.
You must have a Switch2CBD return authorization issued to be eligible for the store credit or refund.
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
- You will receive your order anywhere from 3-10 business days (U.S.), 10-21 business days (International) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
- After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 3 business days to process your order in our warehouse.
- Orders that are system flagged may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM CST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
